We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided after the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Right to Change Sites 
We reserve the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to: modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site, with or without notice; charge fees in connection with the use of the Site; modify and/or waive any fees charged in connection with the Sites; and/or offer opportunities to some or all users of the Sites. Pyramid Scheme Limited Apparel company policy does not allow us to accept or to consider creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials other than those we have specifically requested. Order Policy
The Site is divided into three sections: Canada, USA, and International (includes all countries except Canada and the United States of America). The prices for each product vary per section based on shipping estimates. Taxes, shipping, and handling are included in the price.

Product Information
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Certain products are available exclusively online through the Site. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only through the Site according to the return policy.

Return Policy 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are only valid if the customer receives the wrong order. In this case, once the order is shipped back to Pyramid Scheme Limited Apparel and inspected, a store credit will be issued only if the claim is verified correct based on our discretion. We are not responsible lost or stolen items once they are shipped, or for any misuse of the instructions given on the care/content labels which can be found on our items. In the event that we can confirm an item hasn't been delivered, we will attempt to replace the missing item(s) depending on their availability and based on our discretion. 

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions 
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

The Site may contain links to other Web sites that are not under the control of Pyramid Scheme Limited Apparel. Pyramid Scheme Limited Apparel has no responsibility for the linked Web sites nor does linking constitute an endorsement of any linked Web site. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.

How do I know my personal information is secure?

We do our best to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience. We have in place certain physical, electronic, contractual, and managerial safeguards to protect the security and privacy of your personal information.

What is “phishing”? 

“Phishing” is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through email. In some cases we might ask for your address and phone number if you have requested a personal delivery in the city of Toronto via email.

What about links to other websites?

For your convenience and information, our websites may contain links to other sites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. Pyramid Scheme Limited Apparel does not condone any act of vandalism. We encourage that all Pyramid Scheme Limited Apparel stickers received by our customers are to be used on their own personal property. Once a sticker is given out or purchased we are not responsible for the misuse of this sticker.
